Warranty Coverage:
Extended Warranty for Mobile & Tablets, Laptops & Desktops, LED/OLED/Curved TV.
Note: Below wherever a term (Products) is used it refers to Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Desktops, LED/OLED/Curved TV.

You can extend the term of your coverage for up to additional 2 (Two) years for New Product or 1 (One) Year for an old product less than two years of purchase date.

Your product is covered by mechanical/electrical failures as well Theft (to avail Theft Insurance benefits you must purchase and activate plan within 15 Days of New Product purchase.)

You are entitled to unlimited repairs during the Extended Warranty period of PROINDEM. Every time your product fails, contact us at our customer care number or walk-in to any PROINDEM Authorized Service Centre and we shall repair it or replace it with an equivalent product at our sole discretion, which will be non-debatable.

PROINDEM provides RETURN TO BENCH REPAIR Support.

Your Products are repaired at a PROINDEM Authorized Service Centre near you, only.

If PROINDEM Authorized Service Centre is not present at your location then you can also avail PICKUP & DROP Service. We will take 7 days to pick up, repair, and ship you back your Products.

Your, PROINDEM Extended Warranty Pack transferable to subsequent users of the Products registered only /owners but not to other Products.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Definitions: Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms would have the prescribed meanings:
* WARRANTYJUNCTION.COM: It is owned by Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited, selling Extended Warranty Packs and Annual Maintenance Contract for Mobile Phone, Tablet PC, Laptop, Consumer Electronic Products,
* PROINDEM: It is a brand name and registered Trademark of Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited, in short, it is referred as “PPP”
* WEP: Warranty Extension Pack, it is also referred as Extended Warranty Pack (EWP).
* AMC: Annual Maintenance Contract, it is also referred to Post Warranty Pack (PWP).
* Product(s): WEP and AMC sold by Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited, either directly or through its portal PROINDEM. Authorized Distributor /PROINDEM Authorized Dealers / PROINDEM Authorized Resellers including PROINDEM Authorized Online Resellers.
Customer: An end-user (a person, firm, company or the legal entity) which purchases the Product(s) from PROINDEM, PRONDEM Authorized Distributors / PROINDEM Authorized Dealers / PROINDEM Authorized Resellers / PROINDEM Authorized Online Resellers.
“PPP” Authorized Service Centre (“PPP” ASC): “PPP” Authorized Service Centre within the territory of India, which repair/service the product( s). These service centers are authorized by Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited and located across India.
“PPP” extended warranty for the Product(s) is only against any defects in the product that occur during normal use. “PPP” extended warranty does not cover against any Negligence/Intentional damage, loss, acts of god, or misuse /abuse of the Product(s) or any other event not attributable to the manufacturer's material or workmanship or manufacture of the product.
2. Warranty Period:
This “PPP” Extended Warranty Pack is valid for 1/2 (one/Two) year and coverage will begin from the next day after the end of the original Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty and be valid for 1/2 (one/Two) year from that date. It cannot be transferred to any other Product.
This “PPP” Extended Warranty can be purchased only within first 9 (nine) Months of the original Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty period for all brand’s Products, mentioned in the “PPP” website.
*Plan Registered/bought after 15 Days and within 9 months of product/device purchased will cover 100% spare-parts and labor.
*Whereas, To avail Theft/Lost/Reimbursement/Replacement of 100% damage/non-repairable product Coverage/Insurance benefits you must purchase and activate plan within 15 Days of New Product purchase. Old products are not covered by default for Theft/Lost/Reimbursement/Replacement of 100% damage/non-repairable product Coverage/ Insurance.
Manufacturer Warranty validation / Warranty period confirmation would be done through Manufacturer Warranty Card of and Customer’s purchase Invoice date of Products.
If a Customer transfers the ownership of the product(s) to another end user, the remainder of the warranty period may also transfer to the new owner.
Customer shall be required to provide proof of purchase including Warranty Card of the Product(s), as a pre-condition for availing the “PPP” extended warranty of the Product(s).
3. Warranty Type:
“PPP” Extended Warranty shall be either Onsite or offsite Warranty
* OnSite Warranty: Onsite Warranty Service avail you doorstep service if the defect is minor our service engineer will repair at your place or if products need to carry at service center we will take 7 days to pick up, repair and ship you back your Products.
* Offsite Warranty: Offsite Warranty service requires that the product(s) be brought to the “PPP” ASC (PROINDEM authorized Service Centre). The Customer needs to carry the product(s) to the nearest “PPP” ASC at its own cost.

4. What is covered:
“PPP” Extended Warranty is exclusive and is not a part/extended warranty provided by the manufacturer. This “PPP” Extended Warranty covers only mechanical/electrical failures as well Theft of Products that occur during normal use and does not cover its accessories and third party applications etc.
Within “PPP” Extended Warranty period, “PPP” ASC will repair or replace any defective part(s) of the Product(s), if required, to rectify the problem in the Product(s). Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited reserves the right to use re-engineered part(s)/After/Market Spares (not subject to Manufacturer Service Center) with performance parameter equivalent to the similar new part(s), for performing the “PPP” Extended Warranty services.
The replaced part(s) shall become the property of Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited.
In the event of repairs or replacement of any part(s), during the “PPP” Extended Warranty period, the “PPP” Extended Warranty of the Product shall thereafter continue only for the unexpired period of original “PPP” Extended Warranty.
*For Theft/Lost/Reimbursement/Replacement of 100% damage/non-repairable product Coverage/Insurance if Product Protection Plan purchase and Registered/Activated within 15 Days of New Product purchased.
*Plan Registered/bought after 15 Days and within 9 months of product/device purchased will cover 100% spare-parts and labor.
5. What is not covered?
1. Accessories like battery, charger, hands-free, memory card, SIM/UIM card, data cable etc.
2. Any loss due to attempting Software upgrade or installation of third-party applications or Data Transfer or Virus etc. in Products.
3. Any loss occurred to Products due to negligence, ignorance, and non-compliance by the customer.
4. Any Negligence/ intentional damage, like scratches, cracks, fractures, spillage, corrosion, burn, oxidation and breakage of Housing, LCD panel, and Digitiser.
5. Any Negligence/intentional damage due to Water, any liquid, drop, abuse and misuse.
6. Any loss due to the act of God, Fire, Flood, War, Earthquake, Act of Violence, Stolen, lost, or any other similar occurrences.
7. It does not cover if Model Number or Serial Number or IMEI/ESN number sticker of the Products is removed, altered, damaged, defaced, smudged or erased unless valid proof of manufacturer is furnished denoting such changes.
8. If the model No. or serial no. or IMEI/ESN no. sticker of products is not matching with our collected data which were captured during registration or stored information in the Products Device the warranty will be null and void.
9. Any attempt to open Products or repair by unauthorized service center or repair by unauthorized service personnel.
10. Any loss due to the virus, short circuit, the explosion of battery, a noncompatible accessory used by the customer.
11. Service support to another country except for India.
12. A defect is the result of physical breakage, electric connection or electrical faults external to the product(s).
13. If the product during its warranty period from the manufacturer is declared dead/nonrepairable by the Manufacturer.

14. Claim not registered within 48 hours of Incident occurred.
15. Old Products or Product Protection Plan Purchased Registered/Activated after 15 Days of Purchase of a New Product/Device Theft/Lost/Reimbursement/Replacement of 100% damage/non-repairable product Coverage/Insurance will be not covered.
6. Limitation Of Liability:
Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited makes no other express Extended Warranty either in writing or otherwise and expressly disclaims all Extended Warranties and conditions not stated in this Extended Warranty. Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited does not warrant that the operation of the product(s) will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by the Indian laws, Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited disclaim all implied Extended Warranties or conditions, including any implied Extended Warranties or conditions of merchant ability, merchantable quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited maximum liability under this Extended Warranty is limited to the price of the same aged product(s) or the cost of repair or replacement charges, at the sole discretion of Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited.
Except as indicated above, in no event will Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited be liable for
• Indirect damage caused due to improper functioning of the product, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, business interruption, loss of data, lost revenue, loss of use, or any other commercial or economic loss of any kind, or special, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Incidental damages due to malfunction of the product such as loss of revenue or loss of profit etc.
• Any service request made by a third party or made by the customer on behalf of a third party.
• Any damage that occurs as a result of customer's failure to follow the directions in the User manual.
This limitation of liability applies in all circumstances i.e. when damages are sought, a service request made under this Extended Warranty or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim/service request, or any other claim/service request. This limitation of liability cannot be waived or modified by any person. This limitation of liability will be effective even if Customer has advised Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited / their representatives of the possibility of any such damages or even if such possibility were reasonably foreseeable.
Customer will have to pay charges for Spare parts if Product comes under above-mentioned defects although service will be free of charge.
•Theft/Lost Claim depends totally on Insurance Provider and on their sole discretion, Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited will be not liable for Theft or Lost Claims.
7. Your Responsibilities:
To receive service or support of Warranty Extension Pack, you agree to comply with the following:
• To file a claim within 48 hours to avoid rejection of the claim. In the case of Road Accidents it's within 60days.
• Provide your Pack’s PIN / Agreement / Contract Number and a copy of your Pack’s original proof of purchase and original Products proof of purchase as and when required.
• Provide information about the symptoms and causes of the issues with the Covered Equipment.
• Respond to requests for information, including but not limited to the Covered Equipment serial number, IMEI/ESN, model, version of the operating system and software installed, any peripherals devices connected or installed on the Covered Equipment, any error messages displayed, actions taken before the Covered Equipment experienced the issue and steps taken to resolve the issue
• Follow instructions Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited gives you, not to provide any accessories, SIM/UIM card, Charger, memory card, case, battery, hands free, etc. which are not covered under the warranty along with your defective Products while availing service from Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited PROINDEM Authorized Service Centre (“PPP”ASC). If you give any/few/all of the items mentioned above then it will bein your own responsibility, not Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited.
8. Governing Laws:
Any disputes arising in connection with this Extended Warranty shall be governed by the laws of India.
The courts of Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.

9. Ownership:
This contract is personal to the customer identified in the order for Extended Warranty, and therefore only the person registered in Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited PROINDEM is entitled to obtain services.
10. Registration:
After purchasing Extended Warranty Pack it must be registered online or by calling our Customer Care at PROINDEM within 48 hours to avail the benefit of Extended Warranty. In case unable to register online or by call one can simply mail us Invoice copy and personal details like Name, Address, Email ID, Contact No. on care@warrantyjunction.in
To avail Theft Insurance benefits you must purchase and Register/activate plan within 15 Days of New Product purchase. Old products are not covered by Theft Insurance.
11. Service Provider:
All repairs are made by Authorized Service Centres referred by PROINDEM.
12. Getting Service:

If there is no Authorized Service Center available at the city/location, then the product will have to be shipped to us at our Central Repair Hub / Zonal Repair Hub at the user’s cost and the same will be returned after service to the user at the address provided on a to-pay basis. For the nearest location details of same, the user will have to contact us at the above-mentioned Email Address and/or phone number.

13. Services offered:
• Repair and maintenance of covered Products as described above in point no.2 till Extended Warranty expires. As described above in point no.5 and 6, Limitations are applicable to covered Mobile Phone under Extended Warranty Period.
• Registered Extended Warranty Pack can be checked any time through our website. • 9 am to 9 pm Telephonic Technical Support.
14. Cancellation or Return:
Extended Warranty Plan can be canceled only before Registration/Activation of the plan. Once Plan is activated it cannot be canceled or returned after purchase and it is nonrefundable.
15. Transfer of Plan:
Extended Warranty Pack can be transferred to the new owner of device/ or on the newly purchased device (any one of scenario) through writing us a mail on "care@warrantyjunction.in" with All the information of New owner or New Product.
16. General Terms:
• Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited may subcontract or assign performance of its obligations to third parties but shall not be relieved of its obligations to you in doing so.
• Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited is not responsible for any failures or delays in performing under the Extended Warrantythatare due to events outside PROINDEM reasonable control.
• You are not required to perform preventative maintenance on the Covered Equipment to receive service under the Plan.
• This Extended Warranty Pack is offered and valid only in India only. This Extended Warranty Pack is not offered to persons who have not reached the age of majority. This Extended Warranty Pack may not be available in all states and is not available where prohibited by law.
• In carrying out its obligations PROINDEM may, at its discretion and solely for the purposes of monitoring the quality of Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited response, record part or all of the calls between you and Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited.
• You agree that any information or data disclosed to Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited under this Plan is not confidential or proprietary to you. Furthermore, you agree that Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited may collect and process data on your behalf when it provides service. This may include transferring your data to affiliated companies or service providers in accordance with the Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited Customer Privacy Policy.
• Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited has security measures, which should protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure as well as unlawful destruction. You will be responsible for the instructions you give to Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited regarding the processing of data, and Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited will seek to comply with those instructions as reasonably necessary for the performance of the service and support obligations under the Plan. If you do not agree with the above or if you have questions regarding how your data may be impacted by being processed in this way, contact Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited at the telephone numbers provided.
• Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited will protect your information in accordance with Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited Customer Privacy Policy.
• The terms of the Extended Warranty Pack, including the original sales receipt of the Pack and the Pack Confirmation, prevail over any conflicting, additional, or other terms of any purchase order or another document, and constitute your and Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited entire understanding with respect to the Pack.
• You must register the Extended Warranty Pack after purchase.
• There is no informal dispute settlement process available under this Extended Warranty.
• There is no deductible payment due in respect of a service request made under this Extended Warranty.
• The Extended Warranty will not be canceled due to pre-existing conditions in the Covered Equipment that are eligible for service under the Extended Warranty Pack.
•Theft/Lost Claim depends totally on Insurance Provider and on their sole discretion, Doctors Consultant and Management Private Limited will be not liable for Theft or Lost Claim.
